Automatically go to Priority Inbox when Signing In Gmail

Gmail has just rolled-out the priority feature that can be used to automatically sort your email by importance. By default, when you sign in your account, you are redirected to your old Inbox. This tutorial shows how you can set your Priority Inbox as your main inbox so you can see important emails right away

Steps

Step- 1. Go to application site.

Step- 2. Sign in your Gmail account.

Step-3. . Go to “Settings” then select “Priority Inbox”.

Step- 4. Head to “Default Inbox” option, choose “Priority Inbox” from the drop down menu.

Step- 5. Click on “Save changes” to save setting. Now, everytime you sign in your account, you will be taken to the Priority Inbox.

Although I can easily access my Gmail from my own phone, it seems to be much easier to access your account directly on the iPhone. With accessing Gmail directly I mean that essentially it is the same as accessing it on your computer, and any changes you make to your inbox from your iPhone are actually permanent.

Step- 1. Open your Safari browser and go to Application site.

Step- 2. Sign into your Gmail account.

Step- 3. At the bottom of the screen, you should see a “+” symbol.

Step- 5. Now, select “add to Home Screen”.

Step- 6. Tap “Add” to confirm your choice.

Step- 7. Now, you will see a Gmail icon on your home screen, and you’re done!

Steps

Step- 1. Go to application site.

Step- 2. Select the preferred language you want to be displayed by Google in the box provided

Step- 3. In the “Search Language section”, select the preferred language.

Step- 4. In the “Safe Search Filtering”, choose from the the three on your preferred option on blocking web pages containing explicit sexual content from appearing in search results.

Step- 5. Save all selected preferences by clicking “Save Preferences” located at the bottom right side of the page.

Create a Static Front Page on your Blog

With a default WordPress blog setup, the front page (”Home”) of your blog will display the latest posts. You can change this so readers see a static page instead.

Prerequisite: WordPress account

Steps

Step-1: Go to the application site.

Step- 2. Log in your wordpress account.

Step- 3. Click “Pages”.

Step- 4. Add New on the left menu in your Dashboard.

Step- 5. Title this page “Home”.

Step -6. Type the content you want displayed on the front page of your blog. Publish that page.

Step- 7. Write another new page.

Step- 8. Title this page “Posts.”

Step- 9. Publish the page, which will give you two pages. You don’t need to type any content, because it will not be displayed.

Step- 10. Click Settings->Reading on the left menu in your Dashboard.

Step- 11. After making these changes, posts will no longer show on the front page of your blog. The static page “Home” will show there. Visitors will click on the link to “Posts” in your pages list to see your latest posts.

Note:

You can change the names of the pages if you want
If this gives you two Home links, you can hide one of the pages.
If your front page disappears, go through the settings above and make sure they are correct.
The Front Page options at Settings->Reading will not display until you have at least one published post.
